EMpulse

Street hryvnia rate for your business, by API

EMpulse gives Ukrainian companies the rate people actually pay for dollars and USDT, next to the official one, in a feed your systems can read.

Today's street rate, UAH against USD

As of 2026-10-28, the street rate for the US dollar in Ukraine is 45.47 UAH per USD, according to the EMpulse Street FX Index (19 sources, confidence high). The official rate is 45.60 UAH; the street premium is +0.7%.

The task: price and settle against a rate that reflects the market

If you import goods, sell abroad, pay contractors in foreign currency or keep price lists tied to the dollar, the official rate alone often does not match what you pay when you exchange. The gap between official, cash and parallel rates moves your margin, and a figure copied by hand from a chat or a website is hard to audit later. You need one reference rate, with its history, that finance, sales and developers can all point to.

How the street FX index solves it

The index is built from transaction-based market data and quotes from independent public market sources. Every figure carries a confidence class and the number of sources behind it, so you can see how much weight to give it. You pull the rate, the premium over the official rate and the history through a simple API, and feed it into your price list, ERP, spreadsheet or report. A free key lets you test the integration before you choose a plan.

Questions from finance and tech teams

What is the street rate and how does it differ from the official one?
The official rate is set by the regulator. The street rate is the rate at which currency is actually exchanged in the market. EMpulse shows both, together with the premium between them, so you can see the gap directly.
How do I know how reliable a figure is?
Every figure comes with a confidence class and the number of sources it is based on. A figure with few sources is marked as such, so you decide how to use it.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Get a free key, connect it to a test script or a spreadsheet, and move to Starter or Pro when you need more coverage, history or request capacity. The plans below show the differences.
Is this investment advice?
No. The index is a reference rate for pricing, accounting and planning. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any currency.

General index methodology: /methodology. Not investment advice.
